Admissions (SPIS)

Application  Requirements
  • The regular program in the SPIS is open to non- English speaking foreign students from grade one to grade seven. The applicant must have a general scholastic average of at least 80% or it’s equivalent and should have at least satisfactory grade in conduct or deportment.
  • However these requirements do not apply to students in the sit-in and visiting programs.
Admissions Requirements
  • Final Report Card of the most recent level of schooling. A description of the different subjects and grading systems must be included.
  • Copy of the Birth Certificate from the Office of Civil Registry of the respected country of birth, translated in English or Embassy Certification of birth details.
  • Photocopy of Passport.
  • Special Study Permit issued by the Bureau of Immigration upon receipt of the proof of enrolment from the school.
  • Recommendation form from a teacher or a head of school.
  • Fully completed application form with two 2x2 colored pictures.
  • Full payment of tuition and fees for the school year.
Enrollment Procedure
  1. Choose the program the child is intending to enroll in.
  2. Submit the required documents to the Admissions Office.
  3. Pay the Entrance Testing Fee $75 to the Cashier and present the receipt to the Admissions Office for test permit and schedule.
  4. Come back for the test result as stated in the test permit.
  5. Once the student passes the test, pay the full amount of the tuition and fees to the Cashier and present the receipt to the Admissions Office and will issue a note to the official dressmaker/tailor for the prescribed uniforms.
  6. Present the note to the dressmaker/tailor in the designated areas for uniform measurement.
