Enrollment Procedure

PROCEDURE FOR CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT (for new students)

  1. Claim the Acceptance Letter and secure the following forms at the Registrar's office. The downloadable forms below may also be printed.
    • Development Fund Form
    • Student Inventory Record
    • Student Personality Appraisal (Pre-Kinder, Kinder and Grade 1 Students Only)
  2. Pay the Development Fee at the Accounting Office
  3. Submit the accomplished forms, official receipt of Development Fee payment and original copy of your child's Report Card to the Registrar's Office.

FAILURE TO CONFIRM YOUR CHILD'S ENROLLMENT WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME FRAME MAY FORFEIT HIS/HER ADMISSION TO DE LA SALLE SANTIAGO ZOBEL.


PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE ASSESSMENT: (for old students)
  1. Using Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5 and above), go to http://family.dlszobel.edu.ph.                               There is also a link from the main website (Admissions – Online Assessment)
  2. Key-in your family USERNAME and PASSWORD. Please call the ISTS Office at 771-DLSZ (3579) local 732 or  email IT-helpdesk@zobel.dlsu.edu.ph to retrieve lost usernames/passwords.
  3. Click ASSESS STUDENT at the top part of the page.
  4. Press the ASSESS button next to the student’s name.
  5. Select Terms of Payment (Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly) and Textbooks to be purchased. 
  6. Press the RECOMPUTE button to get the correct total then press the SUBMIT button.
  7. Review the terms and books selected and total amount due.  Press the CONFIRM button.  (Note: You may preview/print the assessment before confirming your selections.)
  8. Once confirmed, print Online Assessment Form (OAF). (Note: Please keep the Student’s Copy of the OAF for future reference.)
  • Classlist will be released one week before the opening of classes.
